Tenvi CareFor residential care homes

Every check in the home,
every person in it

Tenvi Care keeps a residential care home compliant across its premises, its staff and its residents, with rotas and training in the same place.

Who it is for

Built for the people who run the home

Residential care homes

Homes in England registered with the CQC, run by a registered manager and the team around them.

Managers and the office

The people who carry the checks, the rota and the training records, and who need to see all three without chasing.

Owners and directors

The person who owns the business sees how every home is running each morning, red, amber or green.

What you get

Compliance, workforce and residents, together

The checks for the building, and the modules a care home needs on top. Each one switched on for your home.

Care home rules for England

Premises and equipment, fire and water, kitchen, medicines, governance, each member of staff's checks and each resident's reviews. Rules the law fixes cite their source. Add your own checks beside them.

Residents

A light record per resident: home, room, admission, key worker, DoLS position, and the reviews and clocks that follow from them.

Staff records

Job roles and the people in them. Each role decides which checks and training apply: DBS, right to work, references, supervision and more.

Rota

Shift patterns and a staffing baseline per home. Weeks generated open, filled or copied, published with the changes on the trail. Clashes, rest limits and expired checks are flagged before anyone goes on shift.

Training

Subjects by role with refresh periods, records with certificates, the matrix at a glance, the Care Certificate standard by standard, and expiry alerts.

Absence, pick-ups and timesheets

Approved absence reopens shifts, staff ask to pick up open ones, and actuals feed a timesheet and a print view for the office wall.

Maintenance

Jobs from report to completion, with contractors and evidence, so the premises side of the home is on the same record.

Why Tenvi

Why care homes choose Tenvi

Fewer places to look, and the record is always ready.

  1. 01

One place for the home, the staff and the residents

Most tools cover one of the three. Tenvi runs the premises checks, the workforce checks and each resident's reviews on the same engine, with the same reminders.

  2. 02

    The rota knows about compliance

An overdue DBS or expired training is flagged before someone is put on a shift, not after. Rest and hours limits are checked the same way.

  3. 03

Evidence ready when it is asked for

Every completed check carries its result and its file. Every change is on the trail. The record is there when an inspector or a director asks.

  4. 04

The owner sees the whole business

A morning email with each area red, amber or green and the people responsible, without needing a workspace login.
