1. About these terms
This website at https://tenvi.co.uk (the "site") is operated by Tenvi Limited ("Tenvi", "we", "us"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17510454, with its registered office at 25 Middle Road, Park Gate, Southampton, SO31 7GH, United Kingdom.
These terms apply to everyone who uses the site. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms for it.
2. The Tenvi products
The site describes our software products, including Tenvi Lettings and Tenvi Care. These terms govern the site only. Access to and use of any Tenvi product is governed by the separate agreement between us and the organisation that subscribes to it, together with any terms shown inside the product. Nothing on the site is an offer to supply a product on particular terms, and descriptions of features are for information. Features may differ between products, plans and the modules an organisation has switched on.
3. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- use the site in any way that breaks applicable law or regulation, or that infringes anyone's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the infrastructure it runs on, or any connected system or network;
- introduce viruses, malicious code or anything else harmful, or attempt a denial-of-service attack;
- scrape, crawl or copy the site by automated means other than through a search engine's normal indexing;
- remove or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

You must not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any material on the site without our prior written consent, and you must not use the Tenvi name or marks in a way that suggests an association with or endorsement by us.
Inter is used under the SIL Open Font Licence. Third-party names and marks mentioned on the site belong to their owners.
5. Information on the site
We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. It is not professional, legal or regulatory advice. Compliance requirements change, and the examples of rules and checks shown on the site are illustrations of what the products can track, not a statement of what applies to any particular property, organisation or person. You should take your own advice before acting on anything on the site.
Screens and figures shown on the site are illustrative and use sample data. They do not depict any real property, organisation or person.
6. Links to other sites
The site may link to websites run by others. Those links are provided for convenience. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss that may arise from using them.
